Good bye, Zumba...

And running.

And dancing.

And walking.

And all things involving ANYTHING that needs a foot. Either foot.

Friday afternoon, when leaving work, I stepped off the curb and rolled my left ankle. In the process of planting my right foot down to stabilize myself, I rolled that one too. Two sprained ankles.

Give me two, 'cause one won't do.

I went to the emergency room -- had no broken bones, fortunately. Just serious sprains. Have you ever tried using crutches with two sprained ankles? Impossible.

So, Zumba will be on hold for a while. Or two.

And my ankles will be wrapped. Both.

Lovely.

There's a reason my husband calls me Grace. Or Calamity Jane. You pick.

Oh Grace, I mean Gibee! :v) So sorry. Take it easy and rest those poor ankles. Hope you get spoiled rotten while you recuperate from this one.

You are officially the only person I've ever known who had two sprained ankles at the same time. For heaven's sake, you poor thing. What a horrible thing to happen.

I think I'd call you Calamity Grace...because it is a calamity, but you're handling it with a lot more grace that I would.

I'm so sorry. :-(

Oh, that sounds terrible! I sprained one ankle and that was bad enough! I do recommend that you get some Pain Go on it. It will take the pain out, and help it heal faster. There's a free sample here http://www.tip2toeessentials.com/PAIN-GO-ESSENTIAL-OIL-BLEND-SAMPLE-p/236-a.htm
