I have fallen in love with a MUST-HAVE Magazine, and I want to share it with anyone that's basically been living under a rock -- like me. Actually, I'm not even sure HOW I got this subscription, but it's one that I can't live without. I know I didn't go "looking for it," so I'm thinking it came to me either as a gift from someone wonderful, or as an add-on to another subscription I might have.
It is the Family Fun Magazine, and it's chock full of fun ideas, crafts, stories, family traditions, recipes, trip ideas, and general Mom knowledge. Right now, they are offering 10 issues for only $10 -- let's face it, girls ... that's TWO maybe THREE Venti Cinnamon Dolce Lattes at Starbucks. Know how I know? 'Cause I just got one yesterday for $4.85!

I promise -- you won't be disappointed, you won't regret it, and you'll be thanking me silently under your breath (and let's hope that's ALL you're doing to me silently under your breath!). When you're ready to fulfill your Homeroom/Classroom Mom duties and come up with a cool treat for a St. Patty's day party, you can whip your magazine out and get cool ideas like these Clover Cupcakes (all their recipes and craft ideas are on their web site, too)!
Which leads me to ... the main Family Fun website, which you can visit for free whenever your kid comes to you and says, "Mom, I'm bored..." and you will find a PLETHORA of craft ideas, recipes, etc. and you'll be able to sit the kids down for a fun craft like this Wee Leprechaun idea, and before you know it, you'll be SuperMom in a single bound! And really ... who doesn't enjoy wearing a cape every now and then?
And just in case you're wondering if the magazine is appropriate for your child's age: My son is only 16 months old, and many of the ideas I've seen have been age appropriate for him. My beautiful niece is turning 11 on Saturday, and my sister-in-law made the most adorable Valentines Day cards with her from the ideas provided in the February magazine -- so once again -- age appropriate!

I saw this first in my doctor's office before I even HAD kids and thought "I will HAVE to get this someday!" LOL Now, we're subscribers! Worth every penny! And, we visit the site weekly for printables, ideas, crafts, and recipes! Good idea!
I just read this magazine for the first time two days ago. My sister subscribes to it and I found myself saying, "Oh look at this" and "I've got to try this" as I turned each page. It's a great magazine FULL of useful and fun ideas. :)
LOOOOOOOOOVE it. Even considered a while back posting it as a WFMW. :) It's one of the greatest things I have ever spent money on.
I adore this magazine and have ever since I got it as a baby gift with Libbyline 11 years ago. I've been getting it ever since. My current subscription is good until 2010!
I have used it for birthday themes, gifts, crafts, printables, and recipes, too. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. I'll probably keep subscribing even after my kids are too old. There are always grandchildren to think of.
I, too, love this magazine and as I was sitting in the doc's office yesterday waiting my turn, thought to myself- "why did I ever stop getting this?"

You can get it even cheaper on ebay. I got a 4 year subscription for just a little over $4 total! Just check the sellers to see a history of "received magazine" feedbacks. Hope that helps someone! It makes a great gift too!
I worked at an after school program for many years and this magazine saved me many a day! The ideas are so fresh and easy. There is little cost in many ideas. Truly kid tested, teacher approved!

This magazine rocks! I don't even HAVE kids and I use the ideas myself or with my niece and nephew or friends kids! It's packed full of awesome ideas and NOT packed full of annoying ads!
I love this magazine too! In the last issue or maybe the one before, my daughter's blurry face is in the background of the lunchables ad. She was hired as an extra and no one would know it was her but she thought it was cool.
I have used sooo many of the good ideas in Family Fun.
